Problem With Web panel

I uploaded BFBC2 web panel, an set the install.php with my data info and I got this error or warning

Admin\'s table created . Delete install.php !!!!!!Redirection after 5 sec to login page

Hmmm  I miss step two dang it, "Remember that you need to upload the database created by BC2 Guardian" Ops!!
